If the work has to be done after hours in a emergency type situation, there will have to be a higher charge due to elevated labor costs. But in most cases, people are happy to find out that we charge the same rates to come out fast and help get things back to normal. We have a small service area Plymouth, Northville, Canton, Novi, and Livonia. So all our jobs are close to each other. This allows us to work efficiently and do many more jobs per day than our competitors. By working this way we drive down labor and fuel costs so the saving can be passed on to you.
